There are no words to describe how much gratitude I have for Frances and Oscar Moreno! As a first time homebuyer, I knew NOTHING about anything really going into the search, purchase, and renovation of my new home. Frances went above and beyond to make sure I knew all the important things I should be considering as we looked at each listing. She celebrated with me when I closed and really helped me feel taken care of, not just up until closing, but even after all the i’s were dotted and t’s were crossed. When it came time to renovate, Oscar proved no different than his fabulous wife. He helped me save money with excellent referrals to different suppliers for all the necessary materials and never hesitated to meet every request I had. I had a clear picture in my mind of what I hoped my home would end up looking like, and he never doubted it for a second. They have become like family, and if I ever have any needs or questions regarding my home, I always go to them first because I trust them wholeheartedly. I can’t believe how lucky I am to have found them for my first time home buying experience! I’m so proud to show off my beautiful home to visitors and share it with my loved ones. I’m truly grateful every day I wake up in it, and I owe so much of that gratitude to both Frances and Oscar for all the work and energy they put into it with me. What a perfect duo!
